Mold manufacturing
In order to meet the diverse product needs of customers, automated product mold design is integrated to provide packaging design;2D drawings, 3D drawings or 3D simulated diagrams are provided during the package design process to help with your development work; processing efficiency is enhanced to increase design accuracy, and blister molds are produced with computer numerical control (CNC) so as to speed up the movement of molds and enable mold sharing.

The experienced masters examine whether the color of the box-surface printed content has achieved uniform color using their unique professional skills and expertise accumulated over the years. Finally,
the print content is ready after rapid air drying.
STEP 1
Materials such as nylon mesh or tedoron mesh are fixed on the screen frames with specific sizes for screen printing.
STEP 2
Next, ink is poured on the inside of the screen and pressed down on the printing content in a back and forth motion by a scraper on the machine automatically; thus the ink can penetrate into the box-surface printed content from the inside to form a transfer and complete the printing pattern as required.
